1. Our Commitment
ZUDOKO wants QukLink to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work toward aligning the Service with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as an ongoing goal, not a one-time checkbox.
2. What We Do
- Use semantic HTML and labeled form fields wherever practical.
- Maintain visible keyboard focus states and keyboard-operable navigation, including this page's table of contents.
- Aim for sufficient color contrast in text and interactive elements against our theme backgrounds.
- Provide descriptive alt text on icons and images we control (uploaded creator images depend on the creator, not on us).
3. Known Limitations
As a growing product, some pages may not yet fully meet every accessibility guideline, and user-generated content (creator profiles, images, and Shop listings) is created by individual creators rather than by us, so its accessibility depends on the creator. We're actively working to close these gaps.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on Quklink, email support@quklink.com with the page URL and a description of the issue. We review every report and prioritize fixes based on impact.
