Copyright & IP Policy

This Copyright & IP Policy explains how ZUDOKO handles claims that content published on Quklink — a profile, activity post, link, or Shop listing — infringes someone's copyright or trademark, and how a creator can respond to such a claim.

You retain ownership of everything you upload or post — profile content, activity posts, images, and Shop listings. By publishing it on Quklink, you grant us only the limited license described in our Terms of Service to host and display it as part of the Service.

If you believe content on Quklink infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@quklink.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed.
• The exact profile URL or link to the specific content in question.
• Your contact information and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We review each notice manually. Where a claim appears valid, we may remove or disable access to the reported content, notify the account holder who posted it, and, for repeat or clear-cut infringement, remove the account under Section 6 below.

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, email support@quklink.com with the removed content's location, an explanation of why you believe removal was in error, and your contact information. We will review and may reinstate the content if the counter-notice is credible.

Accounts that are the subject of repeated, credible infringement notices will have their account suspended or removed at our discretion, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.

"QukLink," the QukLink logo, and related branding are owned by ZUDOKO. Nothing in this Policy grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission.
