Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ZUDOKO ("ZUDOKO," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of QukLink (accessible at this domain, the "Service"). By creating an account, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ZUDOKO is registered/operates out of Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We are established in India, where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child and requires verifiable parental consent before their personal data may be processed. Where the law of your own country sets a higher minimum age, that age applies to you instead.
• By creating an account you confirm that you meet that requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone who does not, we may suspend or remove it.
• You can register with an email and password, or sign in with Google. We only store your Google account ID and email, not your Google profile photo or other Google data.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your profile details up to date.
• You can initiate account closure at any time directly via Account Settings in your dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. See our Data Retention & Deletion Policy for full data deletion procedures.

"Your Content" means anything you upload, publish, or submit through the Service: your profile details, bio, avatar and cover images, activity posts and their images, links, shop product listings, and messages you send. You retain ownership of Your Content.

By posting Your Content, you grant ZUDOKO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, serving your images through our CDN so your public profile page renders correctly). This license ends when Your Content is removed, subject to our Data Retention Policy.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to post it. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what is not allowed, and our Copyright & IP Policy for how infringement claims are handled.

Public by default: your published profile, activities, links, and shop listings are publicly visible to anyone with your profile URL. Uploaded images (avatars, covers, activity/product photos) are served from a public CDN URL.

QukLink lets you list social/external links, post real-time "activity" status updates, display interactive QukPet companions, and create a Digital Shop offering multiple product types (Digital Downloads, Courses, Memberships, Physical Goods, Coaching Services, and Product Bundles). You are solely responsible for the accuracy of anything you list and for fulfilling any product, service, or physical shipment you advertise through the Service.

Shop Checkout & Payhip Integrations. Payments for Shop purchases are processed through integrated payment providers, including Stripe Checkout, Dodo Payments, and Payhip direct checkout integrations (including affiliate link integrations). Completed platform sales are subject to: (a) applicable ZUDOKO platform fees, (b) third-party payment gateway processing charges, and (c) applicable taxes. Digital product download links and webhook automated fulfillments are generated upon verified payment. Custom Domains & Analytics. Creators can set custom domains and monitor profile traffic analytics. Setting a custom domain reserves it against your account. You agree not to use custom domains or link shortcuts for deceptive, illegal, or malicious redirection.

Quklink offers an optional Premium subscription unlocking custom themes, advanced analytics, the verified badge, and custom domains. Billing is processed through Stripe; ZUDOKO does not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time via the Stripe-hosted billing portal linked from your dashboard. see our Refund & Payment Policy for full billing terms, proration, and cancellation details.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which covers prohibited content, abuse of the messaging feature, upload restrictions, and consequences for violations, up to and including permanent account termination.

The Quklink name, logo, and the Service's underlying software, design, and branding are the property of ZUDOKO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. This does not apply to Your Content, which you own as described in Section 3.

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including Google (Analytics, OAuth sign-in), Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), ZeptoMail (transactional email), Bunny.net (file storage/CDN), Stripe and Dodo Payments (billing), Upstash (rate-limiting infrastructure), Sentry (error monitoring), Calendly (booking widget integration), and Cal.com (booking webhook integration). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on what each service receives.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZUDOKO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. Our rate limiting and other protective infrastructure is designed to fail open (allow requests) rather than block legitimate use during an outage of a third-party dependency, which means protection levels may vary during such incidents. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUDOKO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. ZUDOKO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ZUDOKO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) INR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold ZUDOKO harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or permanently delete your account for violating these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. Account deletion by ZUDOKO removes your account, profile, and activity posts; see our Data Retention Policy for what may remain (such as analytics and audit records) and why. You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing access and requesting deletion per Section 2.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

ZUDOKO is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or hosting-provider outages, cyberattacks, government action, or failures of third-party services the Service depends on.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
